ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Prices are based on a buffet style meal with a minimum of 40 guests and include the following:

  • Enough food to feed the guaranteed number of guests one meal each; plus enough food to feed an additional 5% if more than the guaranteed number of guests arrive.

  • Linen for the buffet table.

  • All necessary heating units and utensils for the buffet

  • Paper and plastic service-ware (Please note that for all events held at the Opera House, China, Silver, Glassware, Linen Napkins & Linen Tablecloths will be used. These items are included with the rental of the Opera House)

  • Labor to set-up, monitor and maintain the buffet and assist guests during meal service

  • Labor to clean-up all meal service items

  • Labor to break down buffet table and to leave kitchen/food prep area in original condition

  • One server for every 30 people

Rental rates for the Opera House are as follows:

Monday through Thursday $75.00 per hour 4 hour minimum
Friday and Sunday $95.00 per hour 6 hour minimum
Saturday $125.00 per hour 8 hour minimum

Additions & Modifications

  • Add $4.00 per guest for China, Silver, Glassware, Linen Napkins & Linen Tablecloths (Please note that these items are included with the rental of the Opera House)

  • Add $5.00 per guest for a plated sit-down dinner (one server for every 20 guests)

  • Add $2.00 per guest for a coffee, tea station, & soda

  • Add $220.00 for a no-host cash bar on site (this includes a one-time liquor license from the ABC and one bartender for every 100 guests). Please ask for details

  • Drop-off only service prices will vary, inquire

  • Tables, chairs and extra linens are available at prevailing rental rates. Please ask for details

  • All food and beverage purchases will be subject to 7.35% sales tax and 17% gratuity

Please note the following:

  • If you wish to book your event, a $200.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required ( a $500.00 deposit is required for a Saturday event). This deposit will be put toward your final bill.

  • The final guest count and final payment are due 7 days before your event.

  • Because Merchant & Main prepares extra food to accommodate additional guests not included in the final guest count, any food not consumed by the guests is the property of Merchant & Main. This does not apply to drop-off service.

  • Insurance for off-site caterings must be provided by the host.
