Merchant & Main Grill is proud to present the following menu selections for your 2003-2004 catered event at the Opera House or the site of your choice. The following menu packages have been tried and tested by many of our most discriminating customers with excellent results and many praises. As caterers, our biggest reward is giving our customers exactly what they want, so, please challenge us with any and all special requests. We would be happy to prepare just about anything, provided it doesn’t compromise the quality of the food and service that we are so very proud of. The following items are designed to be served buffet style but can be adapted for sit-down service at an additional charge.
